This May, we bring back your favorite promotion: 2 for 1 Hot Yoga!
We offer six different classes to fit your busy schedule - Don't miss out on the

Pilates Beginner Workshop for New Participants
Tuesdays 6:30 pm
Cost: $8 (Note: this class is a one time introductory class for new participants)
This month we're welcoming Danielle, our newest Pilates instructor to join
EVOLUTION.
Danielle will be bringing to the schedule a new workshop for new participants
only. This Pilates Beginner Workshop will be a 50 minute class limited to 5
participants to give those interested in Pilates, an introduction to both the Matwork
and Pilates Equipment. This class will be offered on Tuesday nights at 6:30 pm.

Core Muscle Anatomy Workshop
Saturday, May 31st and Sunday, June 1st
9:30 am - 5:30 pm
This course explores musculoskeletal anatomy emphasizing the trunk, hip,
shoulder girdle, arm, and neck, and basic principles of kinesiology in these areas,
as they relate to the teaching and practice of Pilates, yoga, and bodywork.
Completion of this workshop is a prerequisite to our Pilates Certification
program. The cost of this program is $250 and includes course materials.

Tykes Yoga
Begins May 12, 2008
Mondays at 9:15 am
Ages 20 mos. - 3 1/2
Classes offer a fascinating flow of poses, songs, stories, and games to help
deepen the bond between you and your child.
***A parent or caregiver must accompany the child in this class
***Cost: $72, for 6 weeks - or - $15 for Drop-Ins (if space is available)
***Space is limited, pre-registration recommended
