Hot Yoga
Taught in a room set between 85 and 100 degrees Farenheit, you will reach deeper
postures and greater inner strength.  An incredible fitness workout, this class is not
recommended for people with medical restrictions including pregnancy. Each class
is 1 1/2 hours long.  our Hot Yoga I and II classes only differ in the level of spoken
instruction and staff direction.  If you have never taken a Hot Yoga class before,
we encourage you to try the Hot Yoga I a few times in order to feel comfortable
with the pace and the flow of the postures.

Express Hot Yoga II
Hot Yoga in an hour flat. Less talk, more work!

Yogalates
East meets West in this class, that takes important lessons from both Pilates and
Yoga. You will practice postures, meditative mindfulness and breathing.  Modifiable
for all fitness levels.

Power Yoga
Derived from Ashtanga, this class is a no-holds barred workout that fits into your
busy day.  No meditation here - just a solid hour of strength and flexibility.

Vinyasa Flow
A series of flowing postures linked by breath to detoxify, stretch and strengthen the
body and build energy.

Sun, Moon & Earth Salutations
The three vinyasas for optimum health:  strengthening, cooling and energizing.
Improve stamina, release stress and recharge drive.

Gentle Yoga Flow
A great class for beginners and those looking to gently go with the flow, this class
practice the basics:  postures, breathing, props and more.  Comfortable clothes
and an open mind are all we require!

Core Yoga
Focusing on the center of your body, this class works exclusively on core
strengthening through yoga.  Utilizing the stability balls, sponge balls and
other yoga props, this class will leave you feeling like you did a million sit-ups!

Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga is one of the most gentle forms of yoga, suitable for everyone.
We cover standing, seated, and prone postures using the chair.  This class is
perfect for anyone who requires modifications due to the difficulty of getting
down or up off the floor.
