Gentle Yoga Based on the Kripalu yoga tradition cultivating awareness to breath and inner peace. This class offers yoga stretches, postures (Asana), and breath work (Pranayama). Both strength and flexibility are enhanced in this class. The class is designed for students looking for a slower paced, non-strenuous class, in a non heated room.
Prenatal Yoga Offered in an 8 week series. Prenatal Yoga is an ideal preparation for labor and birth. This class will help strengthen the body in preparation for birth & help alleviate many of the discomforts of pregnancy. It is a safe and effective form of exercise that allows you to connect to the wonderful experience of pregnancy. You may start at any time during your pregnancy.
