Pilates Core Board
This group reformer class will utilize jump boards to bring a deeper abdominal
component to the class. This class will mix in classic reformer exercises with
jumboard intervals to target the core muscles and up the intensity for a
strengthening and calorie burning workout.
Group Circuit
These small group classes allow 5 participants to work through each of the 5
This class gives participants a total body workout strengthening the arms, legs,
and core muscles
Core Plus
This Reformer class will utilize small equipment and props to further challenge core
strength and stability. Combination of essential and intermediate exercises will be
covered.
Pilates Express
This class will give you the best of both worlds. Half Pilates Mat & Half Reformer will
give your core, arms, & legs a great challenge!
Reformer Essentials
This class will take you through all of the essential reformer exercises with an
emphasis on the deep core muscles. An excellent class for beginners, but a good
review and core challenge for our advanced clients.
Reformer Sculpt
Get the core benefits of Pilates with sculpting of the arms and legs. This reformer
class will utilize props such as weights, Pilates rings, and dowels to bring an added
challenge to this total body workhout.
Beginner Group Circuit
This class will included all of the Pilates Equipment; Reformer, Chair, Ladder
Barrel, and Cadillac. This group will be a perfect flow for beginners and give you a
great introduction to all of the Pilates apparatus.
Reformer Flow
This class will keep you continuously moving! Flows with smooth transitions from
one exercise to the other. Progresses through the Essential and Intermediate
repertoire. An overall body challenge with an emphasis on muscular endurance.

Pilates Mat
A fun and invigorating workout that teaches a series of controlled movements
utilizing the body's "core" - abdomen, back, and hips. This exercise regimen is
designed to create long, lean muscles while enhancing strength, flexibility, and
balance, with an emphasis on posture. The pilates mat classes are suitable for
any level, and may utilize small props to bring additional challenge to your workout.
Pilates Mat Flow
A classical mat class that flows and progresses through the beginner and
intermediate mat repertoire. Guaranteed to keep you moving and challenged. A fun
and invigorating workout.
Pilates Mat Sculpt
Get the core benefits of Pilates with resistance to define the arms and legs. This
Pilates mat class will utilize Pilates rings, weights, gliders, and physioballs to
challenge your arms, legs, and core to achieve a total body workout. This class is
suitable for beginner & intermediate levels.
Foam Roller Workout:
This mat class will emphasize stretching with the foam roller while also
strengthening your core muscles. Registration required – only 7 spots available in
this class!
