Pilates Mat
A fun and invigorating workout that teaches a series of controlled movements
utilizing the body's "core" - abdomen, back, and hips.   This exercise regimen is
designed to create long, lean muscles while enhancing strength, flexibility, and
balance, with an emphasis on posture.  The pilates mat classes are suitable for
any level, and may utilize small props to bring additional challenge to your workout.

Group Circuit
These small group classes allow 5 participants to work through each of the 5
This class gives participants a total body workout strengthening the arms, legs,
and core muscles

Core Plus
This Reformer class will utilize small equipment and props to further challenge core
strength and stability. Combination of essential and intermediate exercises will be
covered.

Pilates Express
This class will give you the best of both worlds. Half Pilates Mat & Half Reformer will
give your core, arms, & legs a great challenge!

Reformer Challenge
Faster paced class to include new intermediate - advanced level exercises for that
extra challenge.

Reformer Essentials
This class will take you through all of the essential reformer exercises with an
emphasis on the deep core muscles. An excellent class for beginners, but a good
review and core challenge for our advanced clients.

Beginner Group Circuit
This class will included all of the Pilates Equipment; Reformer, Chair, Ladder
Barrel, and Cadillac. This group will be a perfect flow for beginners and give you a
great introduction to all of the Pilates apparatus.

Reformer Focus
Every 6 weeks this class will switch "focus" to keep you on your toes, but you can
jump in at any time!

May Reformer Focus:  "High Round Assets"  This month's Reformer Focus classes
will give you another round of some serious glute, inner thigh, and abdominal work.

Past Reformer Focus Classes:  
"Strong and Slender Arms" - This class will give you a great overall workout with an
emphasis on arm strenth.

"Guts & Butts". This month the  focus is on your abdominals (ALL of them) and your
Glutes.  Just in time for the good weather....bathing suit season is right around the
corner! In these focus classes we will give you a great overall workout with an
emphasis our butts & guts!   

Reformer Flow
This Reformer class will focus primarily on essential level exercises but move
quickly from one exercise to the other to challenge endurance and coordination.

Express Pilates Sculpt
Get the core benefits of Pilates with resistance to define the arms and legs. This
class will utilize tubing and gliders to challenge your arms, legs, and core to achieve
a total body workout.
